When writing this track I was thinking a lot about breathing deeply and what happens in that moment of one breath; but also how much can you express with only one breath? You'd have to just go for it without thinking. It's a bit of "being put on the spot" and about really "being in one place". A place between mindfulness and pressure. A bit like a performer or athlete just before that crucial moment.

Also made for another musicweekly challenge. Wrote very intensely and took about a week to write.
